get certification paper

Hello,  I got the certification vSphere 5.0 four months ago and have not received the diploma that proves it. Which e-mail address so I can claim?

Thanks

Did you get an email from VMware asking you to accept the VCP agreement and confirm your shipping address? Did you do those things?

If you did, you should have received the certificate.

Email certification@vmware.com if necessary.

I have not received any mail asking anything (at least I have not seen). I must send mail to the mail account certification@vmware.com?

Thanks

If you are sure that you have met the training requirement for VCP5 and passed the VCP510 exam, then yes I would definitely email certification@vmware.com with as much information as you can about your training (which class you took, where, and when) and your exam (the ID numbers on your score report).

I too am in the same boat, I passed my VCP 5 exam in February and have still not recieved my Certificate.  Further I have on serveral occasions mailed Certification@vmware.com and have received no response other than the default:

we are very busy and we will investigate and return mail,

suprisingly they never have.

I was quiet for a while as I appreciated that the number of people taking the exam in Feb was very high, but it is now nearly four months to the day and still no Cigar.

Me not a happy bunny.

In this cases I simple wait 2-3 weeks and then send a new mail with the quoting of the first one.

Usually they give a fast reply.

Every email an individual sends to the team increases their workload as they have to match up your new email to your old case - the best thing to do is to email them once, then wait - everyone gets a shorter average reply time that way...

Although that may seem to be the case,  I still have not recieved my Certificate or even an explanation as to why after 4 months I have not done so

All I have recieved regarding this issues is a stock answer.

To say I am annoyed is a bit of an understatement.
