can  i take VCP4 certification without taking training @ Vmware authorized center .

i took trainig in institute( vmware not authorized training center),if iam perfect in subject then can i take VCP4 certification. ????

No, VMware requires that you take an official course at an authorized training center.

As Andre indicated to become a VCP you will need to complete your training from a VMware Authorized Training Center - you could sit for the exam you will not become a VCP until you complete the required training -

I just searched for the VMware vSphere: Install, Configure, Manage [V5.0] course. At most training centers I found it is ~3,500 $ + tax.
