Workstation and Fusion Licensing for VCP

GoodEvening.

As a VCP4/5 I got my Workstation8 license.

It is supported and works on Windows8, but it doesn't run so smoothly.

Is there any upgrade option? A kind of "Software Assurance", an upgrade option, or a discounted price...

Also, I use a couple of MacBook.

Is there any special option for VCPs to get a license for Fusion5?

part of the welcome kit will allow you to choose between Workstation or Fusion.  However, you can't pick both.  If you wanted to upgrade to Workstation 9 you'd have to pay for that. I'm not sure if there is a discount offered but you can try it for free for 30 days.

There is no upgrade option or discount offered to VCPs.

However, you can get a discount (and numerous other benefits) with a VMUG Advantage subscription: http://www.vmug.com/advantage
