Vmware virtual server 2003 Hangup

Hi Friends,

I have two windows server 2003 in vmware esxi 5.0 this both server is hangup every time  then we need restart every time

and second thing this both server using very high ram things is showing in vmware esxi performance option but when i chekc server OS performance using

taskmanager its showing very normal usage.

I checked esxi event its showing Insufficient video RAM.

Please guide me what is need..

Right Click to the VM > Edit Setting Select > Video Card then Select > Auto-detect video setting…
