Depends on what you mean by the "best."

VMware Certified Design Expert (VCDX) is VMware's highest level of VMware certification.

The VMware Certified Professional certs are the starting point. For most, this will probably mean the VCP-DV.

I would suggest following the link to the VCP5-DV page: http://www.vmware.com/go/vcp

Once you have done that and read up on the requirements, the training information, and the exam information on that page (including the links in the "VCP5-DV Resources" section) then by all means come back to the forum and ask any questions you do not find the answer to.
