VCP6 certificate

Hi every body ,

I would like to ask you about VCP certificate, how many exams that we can get this certificate .

is there any relation between the vca and vcp??, and  can I get the vcp without the vca??

if you have no VMware certs or training then you for VCP you will need:

• Experience
• Attend official training course
• Pass vSphere 6 foundations exam
• Pass VCP6-DCV Exam.

All on the above link,

The VCA is not required for the VCP but the vSphere foundations is.

‌I hav vca , and now I preparing  for vcp .the vcp has 2 paths , so  Are these paths have the same exam number ?  what about the bita exams?

The VCP6-DCV exam is the sam exam number, no mater if you have VCA or not.

Exam Number: 2V0-621

BETA exams are fine to take, and count just like a normal exam would except they are general cheaper and results could take a bit longer to come through. Exam experience might not be perfect either
