Does anybody has information about latest available date for taking VCP550 exam? Unfortunately I haven't found any information about it.

That's not true - there is no retirement date set for VCP550 yet - see here: VCA and VCP Retirements Coming in September, November - VMware Education and Certification Blog - VM...
