yeah, I passed VCP510 today with 428 after two months of hard studied and building all kind of labs... I'm so happy now

Thank you all, I just felt so relief after 1 week of training and 7 weeks of studying and lab,,, looking forward to 10% pay increase from the manager,,,then time to PARTAY... Smiley Happy

Congratulations on passing, and your raise, very well deserved. Smiley Happy  For others that will come after you and staying within the guidelines that you agreed to, is there anything that you can share that you feel helped you the most?  How much experience with vSphere prior to taking the course and building your lab did you have?  How many hours did you spend reading and in the lab?  Congratulations again!!!

Congratulations!

That seems a very, very good score.

I passed the exam yesterday, having used the book "Official VCP5 Certification Guide" and had some experience on integrating simple systems, but i found the exam to be very hard. Not comparable with the Mock-exam or included test-exams.

Hi, I've passed VCP exam friday 22 march with 460/500.

My study materials was

  • VMware vSphere Install, Configure, Manager course materials
  • VCP5 study guide, Brian Atkinson
  • The Official VCP5 Certification Guide
  • POD on Virtual laboratory by vAcademy

I've studied for two months.

Now I wait next week and after Easter I spent my time to study for IAAS exam.

Tim,

I worked in a Data Center and support different customers with different version of Vsphere about 2 years, I'm able to build a different lab since we had left over equipments from turned down customers so I  setup the lab but actually real enviroment. I spent at least 2 to 3 hrs to read or messing around with my labs. My vmware instructor was very knowledge also which help alot.

2. what is the pass score.

3. exam topic and training meterials

4. Location to download exam meterials..

5. Type of questions (MCQ etc)
