I know this test is relatively new, but is there or going to be any books to help study for this test? I have only been able to find the blueprint and a 25 question practice test for it.

You can get everything you need off product documentation and the vCAT.  Really make sure to fully understand networking in vCD which is covered excellently in the vCAT and a few blogs.
