Hi all,
i hope you are fine,
i have a simple question about VCP and the required courses that you must attent to get the certification
last May 2010 i have been on the following Vmware course "VMware vSphere 4: Install, Configure, Manage" a 4 day trainning at HP Training Center.
Checking now the required VMware authorized courses on VMware's site i noticed that version 4.1 is required in order to become a VCP after you pass the exam.
Can i still take the exam and get the VCP certification? or i have attent the version 4.1 of the same course?
thank you for your time!
The VCP4 exam is applicable to both 4.0 and 4.1, so by attending the course on 4.0 you do qualify for VCP4, don't worry.
That is confirmed under the "Required Coursework" section on this page: http://mylearn.vmware.com/mgrReg/plan.cfm?plan=22519&ui=www_cert
Scott.
sorry for any inconvenience
i just note the small comment on the page bellow http://mylearn.vmware.com/mgrReg/plan.cfm?plan=22519&ui=www_cert
