VCP mock exam issue

Hello all,

I have a week before taking an exam and I wanted to use vcp mock exam to practice, but everytime I complete it (way before the allowed time), the session expiries and I am unable to review my missed answers.

Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this issue?

I would like to follow up on this issue. It looks like it only appears when I use IE8 browser. When I tried Firefox, I was able to successfully review my missed questions and nothing timed out.

Hi all,

If you see this issue, it may be due to the way you are accessing the exam. The best way to access the exam is to first log in to myLearn, then locate the exam under myEnrollments. If you access the exam in this matter, you won’t run into any early timeout issue.
