VCP-DCV 2022 certification from iran

Hi
I want to take the VCP-DCV 2022 certification exam from Iran. But when I want to register in the learning tab, Iran is not on the list. How can I get this degree from Iran?

As VMware is a US company, they have to abide by US embargoes, which includes Iran.

Hello. Should we, the ordinary citizens of this country, also be embargoes?
Is there really no solution?
