AFAIK there's a VCP 4 certification only. Personally I never heard anything about VCP 4.0 and VCP 4.1
The trainings and tests may be updated. Take a look at http://mylearn.vmware.com/mgrReg/plan.cfm?plan=12457&ui=www_cert there you will find all information you need (FAQ, Exam BluePrint, ...)

The exam is only VCP410 and is related to vSphere 4.x.
The content of the exam may reflect the last version, but the certification is only VCP4.
Same was for VCP3 (on VI 3.0.x or VI 3.5.x).

Similar to what the others have said, the current VCP is titled "VCP on vSphere 4", and is a 4.x certification. It was the same for the "VCP on VI3", that was a 3.x certification.

You're most likely covered until the next major release. While the VCP4 test will certainly be updated to include elements of 4.1 in the future you won't have to re-certify to stay current.
Start preparing for VCDX VCAP DCA exam. You are already a VCP . There is nothing like VCP 4.1
