If it's in the blueprint you will get questions about it, you have to assume that. I passed the exam recently, and whilst I can't tell you exactly the sort of questions you will get, that would not be fair and i could have my certification revoked, you should make sure you know some of the more common things that can go wrong in each of those troubleshooting areas.
How do you learn that? Well hands-on experience will help, having tried the things you get tested on is a massive help, in terms of the troubleshooting questions think about when you've seen problems and what caused them, think about the pre-requisites and requirements for a particular feature.
