Regarding Certificate of VCP

Hi Support Team,

I have passed VCP-DCV 2023 exam in may month but pending training require for generate the  certificate.

Now I have completed the VMware vSphere: Install, Configure, Manage [V8] training courses provided by dell technologies & my company(Kyndryl).

Please enroll this course in my account and  How to get the my VCP certificate.

Did your training registration and exam registration use the same email address?

If so, there shouldn't be anything you need to do - just wait and your certification should be confirmed.

If not, you need to email certification@vmware.com and ask them to merge your accounts on their system (this is a user forum and not a substitute for opening a ticket with the team at VMware)

I can confirm. I see your exam completion associated with your outlook.com email and your course completions is associated with your Kyndryl email. Contact certification@vmware.com to merge the accounts into one. You also appear to have a gmail.com email that you should also merge so you just have one account.

Yes, You are right , My exam completion associated with my outlook.com email and my course completions is associated with my Kyndryl email.

I have already email to certification@vmware.com regarding the same i am waiting for reply.

I have email on gmail.com but i have not login from gmail on VMware.com

probably they are in different acount which should be merged together.
