Welcome to the Community and congratulations for passing the exam.

Assuming you attended the required exam before you took the test, I suggest you send an email to certification@vmware.com.

Have you also met the training requirement?

The options are defined on this page: http://www.vmware.com/go/vcp

Firstly Welcome to the forums,

Secondly have you attended an official VMware authorised course.  if not then you are not VCP even though you have passed the VCP510 exam.

If you did attend the course then remember that VMware states that it will take upto 6 weeks to process your results.   but before that time even starts there is a requirement to login to My Learn on VMware.Com and complete the acceptance check boxes.

Yes I attended the course. Attached the certificate. I registered to the course on mylearn.vmware.com with my official ID and registered for the exam on pearson with my personal ID. I dont remember if I had given the class id while registering for the exam though. I will send an email to certification@vmware.com  and see what they have to say. Thanks for the response.

I emailed certification@vmware.com and they merged both the accounts. My gmail account is the primary account now. Thanks for the help here.
