Passed VCP410 but nobody contact me. Help!

Hi all,

I had passed the VCP410 on 5/16/2011. but until now, nobody sent me the confirmation letter. I had sent mail to both apaceducation@vmware.com and certification@vmware.com. unfortually, nobody reply my E-mail. what should i do? Any suggestion. Thanks guys.

Try again with certification mail (I suggest also to quote your previous mail) and remember to specify your VUE ID.

If still you got not answer send a PM to JonHall (he is in the community).

Did you get a reply when you emailed certification@vmware.com?  I have always got an instant automated reply providing a case number and such.  I've had to email them to get both of my confirmations thus far.
