For anyone considering the exam....The vSphere Documentation and Scott Lowe's Mastering vSphere 5 book are your path to success.

While, I couldn't spend the $ to get it (due to class and home lab costs, I'd also recommend Trainsignal's vSphere 5 course, just because David Davis is a cool dude.

And yes, I did go through Brian's VCP book at the local book store and thought it was a great book. The only reason that I didn't purchase it was because I felt that I was prepared enough. I would recommend it for anyone still studying for the exam.
