Merge vmware personal account with work account

Hello All,

I would like to link/merge my personal account with my work account (currently using account). And I would like to access from both accounts to  mylearn vmware/communities and certificate as well. Please suggest where should I need to contact for this request? If anyone has experienced this, please share it.

If one of your accounts with a work email address that is no longer, merge your old account with your active account by sending the request to VMware.

Hello team can someone check why my account still not marge

I create support ticket

I wait for 2-3 week now but still nothing

The only people who can support you are certification@vmware.com. This is a very small team which was reduced by the Broadcom acquisition. Please be patient.
