Do VMware accredtations, such as VSP & VTSP stay with me if I switch companies?

I understand that VMware certifications stay with me if I go a different company. Is this also true of accreditations such as VSP, VTSP, etc...?

Yes, certifications and accreditations for which you attended a course and/or passed an exam are tied to you as an individual, not the company.

When you join your new partner employer, you will need to have your myLearn account amended so that it is associated with your new company - there is a partner support team who help with such things.
