DO I need to Register on PersonVUE ?

I just got my Certification Authorization number from VMware site and found the below information , as mentioned do i need login with my name and candidate id or i need to register on PersonVUE. ?

Yes you need an account with PearsonVUE, use the VMware Candidate ID with that account.
