Content Library - VCP550 DCV blueprint

Downloaded the Blueprint (Exam Blueprint Version 3.7) for the VCP550 DCV  examination and was going through the topics and the documentation.

I cannot seem to find the related documentation for Content library in Objective 4.3 in the vSphere 5 related Docs.

Is Content library a feature of 5.5 now?
