Can i sit for 2V0-602, after clearing 2V0-621 then get VCP6.5 without 2V0-620

I sat for my 2V0-621 and passed, is it possible to sit for 2V0-602 to get VCP6.5  without having cleared 2V0-620 ?

Assuming you are taking a "New Candidate Requirements" approach

VMware Certified Professional 6.5 - Data Center Virtualization

1. Foundation exam can be off version 6 (2V0-620) or version 6.5 (2V0-602)
2. Main exam version 6 (2V0-621) makes you qualify for VCP6-DCV
3. version 6.5 exam (2V0-622) for VCP6.5-DCV
4. Catch here is, which "required training courses" you have taken or going to take? Version 6.5's training qualifies you to take both 6 and 6.5 exams.

To get VCP6.5-DCV, you must take 2V0-622, and required training.

621 is the VCP exam for 6.0, and 602 is the Foundations exam for 6.5 - that combination would give you VCP6-DCV NOT VCP6.5-DCV.

To get VCP6.5-DCV you would have to pass the VCP exam for 6.5 - the 622.

You'd also need to meet the training requirement for either VCP6-DCV or VCP6.5-DCV​ - check Path 1 on either page.
