Hi VCPs,
Posting this query in order to seek ur help in getting clarified of things.,
I have done my vSphere 4.0: Install, configure and Manage training course by Sep 2010.
Couldnt complete my certification by that time
So planning to take up my Exam shortly. But I have many things to get clarified.
1) Can I take up the exam VCP 410 now with my training on vSphere 4.0
2) In blueprint 1.7, the docs to be studied points to all vSphere 4.1 . So can I study only vSphere 4.1 docs,
3) Pl. let me know which are the main areas which I have to focus much and the main documents that I have to follow.
It will be of gr8 help if you provide my some tips on clearing this exam
Pl. help to add one more VCP to your community
1) yes, for the rest check out scott's website @ http://vmwaretraining.blogspot.com/
Thanks for that link. It gives many links for mock exams. But it is a long way for me to take up the mock exams.
So as per your post, I will be able to take up my VCP 410 exam with my current training.
But could u clear me up on my next two doubts.
Thanks in advance,
2) The reference doc is the officially vSphere 4.x docs.
Could be enought? This depends by your memory
3) All areas covered by the blueprint.
Andre

Did somebody mention my name?
To confirm my answers to the original questions:
1. Yes the 4.0 Install Configure Manage course will qualify for doing the VCP4 exam
2. The exam is currently a 4.x exam - so you could study using either version of the software/documentation
3. The exam blueprint tells you what you will need to study
