5.5 host profiles

i get a 'host is not in compliance' since i upgraded to 5.5.

i am running 5.5 enterprise not plus.

is it safe to delete host profiles?

Try update the Host Profile from reference host... and you can delete Host Profile withou problems and create another host based on new 5.5 host.
