can anyone take V6.7 exam now (11/2021) since took training on this Version. or can this training be utilized to write V7.0 exam?
The 2V0-21.19 exam retired quite some time ago. If you have taken a 6.7 version of a qualifying course then that would not count towards the 2V0-21.20 exam.
