I just sent out results to all our Frankfurt candidates. If you follow this forum, you have heard me say that the VCDX program's long-term pass-rate goal is that each candidate who is accepted to defend does so and succeeds. With each of the recent defenses, we've improved on this metric. I am happy to report that, in Frankfurt, a substantial majority of candidates passed.
Naturally, this does not mean that the credential is any easier to achieve. Quite the contrary! The rubric has remained the same for the entire VCDX4 program. During my tenure as program manager, I have always striven to increase the program's transparency about what constitutes success, without being prescriptive about how to succeed. Hats off to everyone who passed the mark. Their accomplishment is entirely their own.
A particular word of praise is due to those candidates who were successful in Frankfurt after one or more previous unsuccessful attempts. They took the non-prescriptive feedback they received on prior attempts and applied it, not just to their applications, but also their skills and their careers. This embodies the highest aims of the VCDX program.
Congratulations, new VCDXes! VMware thanks you.
It's a beautiful day
Excellent news! Congratulations to the new class of VCDXes!
Congrats to all who passed!
Awesome job and congratulations to all who passed! I know for sure you'll deliver *excellent* quality consulting :-).
Thanks Brian, it only took me 4 attempts but it was well worth it and I wouldn't change a thing, every defense was a great experience and lead to my sucess in Frankfurt. Thanks for your (and the communities) continued support to this program.
Congratulation to all who succeeded...
Congrats Mike!
And also all the other new VCDX
