VCDX 4

Based on what I've read defending on the VCDX 4 track is still a possibility up until the VCP4 exam goes away. Can anyone confirm this? Also any word of end of life on the VCP 4 exam/track.

VCDX4-DCV will EOL when the prerequisite exams are retired.

There is no retirement date set at this time.

Thanks Mark. Can I assume that there is currently no proposed EOL discussion for the exams? I'm also wondering if it is safe to assume there will be a defense at partner defense in the US next year?

There is always discussion about the lifecycle of VMware exams! However, no EOL schedule for VCDX4-DCV has been finalized as of now. I will not know about VCDX4-DCV availability in 2014 until we are ready to publish the VCDX Design Defense Schedule for 2014. Therefore I can make no promises about PEX next year.

This is a dynamic environment so the only sure thing is change and progress!
