Does anyone have a link to an example of a cluster design document?  For example, a visio diagram showing ESXi hosts, networking, storage and all the various details of a cluster design that you need to document?

I would be very interested to see something like this too.  It's something that I've been meaning to document in Visio for a while now but would love to see someone else's approach to visualising this.
