They normally do run the ability to do a number of the exams at the VMworld's and for the past few years it has been possible to do them although if I'm not mistaken the DCA wasn't available at VMworld EU due to the time slot size and required bandwidth for the DCA to be run.
What is available at the VMworld's is normally released by Pearsonvue fairly soon for booking along with discount codes. last years was here: VMworld Certification Testing
