Hi,

Is there a way to practice VCAP DCA exam online or in test center before I do the exam.?

Definitely not in a testing centre on the real lab, but Josh Andrews from the Certification team runs a "Test Track": VCAP5-DCA Practice environment – Test Track v.550 – Lab on a Laptop II | SOSTech
