VCAP-CIA Wait Time

I sat the VCAP-CIA exam on July 12th and still don't know if I passed or not. Is this to be expected? The exam report said I should expect a Pass/Fail within 10 business days.

I'm interested in hearing how long others have had to wait for a score report. Would anyone care to share their experience?

Thanks for the advice, I sent an email. The urgency is primarily due to my exam fees. My employer will reimburse me if I pass, but I won't be able to request the reimbursement for much longer.
