I've got a similar issue with DCA exam.

Open a case to VUE. They will be able to reschedule the exam.

That sucks.

If you think glass is half full, then you got a free practice exam and you'll get a high score when you take it again.   But these are annoyingly long tests for that to have happened

the last time i had it it crashed too, a reboot and it will resume with the same duration left ...

That really does suck, especially with all the hard work that goes into prepping for the exam.

I hope they can sort it out the resit for you quicky and without fuss.

Mine threw a java error about 2.5 hours in. However, the test center restarted the test engine and I was right back where I was. So, I had a close call.
