Passed VDCA550 at VMworld - Question

I passed my VDCA550 at VMworld and received my results quickly.  Is there any ETA on how long it will take for my VMware MyLearn account to be updated with the test and certificate?  The results page says one week, but it is past that timeframe.  I need it to receive reimbursement from my employer as well as fulfill their requirement of me passing this exam.

The results normally show in mylearn within a few weeks so it should be any day now

scan your score report and send it to

certification@vmware.com

with request that your transcript is not yet updated.

This way it will be much quicker.
