I was trying to schedule the VDCA510 on pearson vue website, Every time i select "next month" for scheduling window crashes with "program error:" I have emailed pearson VUE but no response. I have spend atleast half an hour with the vue support on phone they informed me they are also getting same error for many locations/ countries they have tried. The support person told he will get back to me after consulting with his manager but same story no responce.
1. I am authorized to take the exam and it is showing on my login page on VUE.
2. I have selected multiple countries ( India , Qatar ), the locations are visible on the page and testing centres are shown.
Did anyone faced this or any guidance on this matter is highly appreciated

Try to book with one month gap period, for example book for the month of november or beyond and see if works, if it dint work then you can book the exam with their assistance.

I had the same issue trying to book this exam in the US. It would show September and November without issue, but October caused the app to crash. Trouble is there was no September dates.
I called Pearson on the phone and they tried to schedule an October date on phone for me but I did not trust the dates because they did not seem to know what they were doing. So I ended up just taking a date in early November.
This whole process sucked.

It did happen with me when I was trying to postpon my booking to Oct'12. However it worked after selecting a date in november'12

Dear team,
Yes i am able to book the exam now for november, it looks like the window was crashing as there was no slot available.!! I wonder why VUE support was not able to figure this out.

Same problem here, I could see the exam on PearsonVue website but I got the "program error" message.
I tried for 2 days, then today I tried also scheduling using the management program at the testing center, and the exam was not showing up!
So we logged an incident with Pearson.
Tried again 10 minutes ago and this time was working... do they have implemented real-time solving??? :smileylaugh:
Getting the exam slots for VCAP exams are becoming difficult day by day , you don't get slots within 10-15 days time range. It's always 1 month or 2 in advance that you have to book.
It will vary from country to country, city to city...
Correct , this is my experience with the VCAP exam as I have only one Exam Center in my city where I am located.
