If I currently holding VCP6-DCV cert, can I directly attend 3v0-624 (VCAP Design )

Any one recently obtained VCAP Design by holding only VCP6-DCV?

I wanted to confirm if I can directly go for VCAP Design or must need to upgrade to VCP latest 2v0-21.19?

Note: Have completed on-demand  vsphere 6.7 Install configure Management Training.
