How many VCAP-DCA worldwide and in europe/us?

I am preparing for this certification (already a VCP4 Nr. 64xxx) and wonder, if anyone could tell me how many VCAP-DCA's are already around Worldwide and in Europe/US? It would be very useful to know the real severity and value of it...

Info of geographics distributions are not available.

About the number, one of the last ID was 268 (and you get it several months after the exam)... so I think that we are around 300 now.

I'd estimate that there are 300-400 DCAs now, and the same for DCD, based on what I see on Twitter.

From twitter seems that there are little more DCD (last number that I remember was 304... so maybe now we are around 320).

For DCA I do not know if 300 as been reached yet...

I agree that the number of DCDs seems to higher, what's interesting there to me is that it has been available for less time, and that there are more administrators than designers so I would expect there to eventually be more DCAs than DCDs - maybe it's like it is at the moment because of the difficulty of the DCA exam.

I don't have my DCA number yet, maybe I'll be 300!

Maybe also VCAP-DCD is the closest thing to VCDX one can reach, so people who do not want/can/feel confident about trying VCDX are choosing DCD.

Of course DCD has not delay for the result... so number could be little greater...

And VCDX3 people need only DCD to become VCDX4...

But it's really true that DCD has reach high number is less time than DCA.

Scott - Let us know your number I was hoping to have matching DCD and DCA number but I doubt that will happen.

A- From what I see the DCD number seems to grow by 20 a month.
