vcenter 7u3e uses with lifecycle the new connection policies that do not work with some proxies.
Sync update generate errore with lifecycle:
Download patch definitions task failed while syncing depots. Error: 'integrity.fault.NoSignatureSiteConnection'.

1) for its updates = vcsa use old policy and proxy working and upgrade vcenter correct download.
2) for lifecycle and skyline vcsa use = new policy and proxy not working

the proxy is always the same and is configured only once and is valid for all. and paremeter insert only https://vcsa:5480
the proxy is: "appliance mcafee web gateway 10.2" and accept https connection on port 9090
for this problem an SR is open for which vmware cannot solve the problem
just for information: if vcenter 6.7u2 is used:
vcsa 6.7 upgrade: use old policy for connect proxy and upgrade download correct
vcenter 6.7 updata manager: use old policy for connect proxy and download correct
skyline on vcenter 6.7: use new policy for connect proxy and not working. the same error as vcenter 7u3e
