esx 4.0 update 1 issue

With update manager, i got update 1 of ESX 4.0 on Nov 19th 2009.

Therefore, I gonna update the host.

However, during updating, I got the error msg showing that "the vmware vcenter update manager had an unknown failure." in the task&events.

who can tell me what shall i do?
