Vclient and VC not connecting to update manager

I have 2 VC servers (version 4) running in linked mode, one of which had an IP address change. Since this change the update manager is no longer working from Vsphere client running on my PC or running directly on the VC server with sphere client.

The error screen shot is attached:

There was an error connecting to VMware vCenter Update Manager - . Cannot communicate with the remote host,either due to network errors or because the host is not responding.

I am able to ping each VC server from each other...

Firewall ports have been opened for outbound connections to retrieve updates.

Is there anything I can do, or should have done after and IP address change.
