VIM Patch/JRE update not in Update Manager - is this normal?

Hi All, I am using Update Manager. There is a patch released on 7-27 for JRE update -

VMware-VIMPatch-T-6.5.0-5973321.iso Download Size:40.9 MB

JRE 1.8.0_131 patch for vCenter Server 6.5. For more information, see http://kb.vmware.com/kb/2150220

My update manager does not show this as needed. Do update manager not include these in its checks? Thanks.

Please check the Jre version because this patch updates only the JRE version 1.8.0_131.
