Update Manager failing

All - I am having a problem getting Update Manager to scan my hosts. In looking at the esxupdate.log on the host, I see that I am getting an HTTP 404 error on finding the contents.xml.sig file. The files does exist on the VC server and is showing the correct server name in the error log. The host can ping the VC server. I am using port 80 on VC and I can see that the security profile of my hosts allows for Update Manager to traverse the firewall. I am not familiar with tomcat so I don't know how to tell if the website is correct. It is looking for http://vcserver/vci/hostupdates/hostupdate/esx/esx-3.5.0/contents.xml.sig. I think This file is in the All Users profile in the path specified, assuming that "vci\hostupdates" translates to \Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\VMware\VMware Update Manager\Data\.

Any ideas
