Update-Manager Error when upgrading ESXi 5 host to ESXi 5.1

Hello,
I have problem when updating my ESXi 5.0 hosts to version 5.1 (Essential Plus) via Update Manager.

After import the ESXi image and the image associated with the baseline i get the following error message:

"Can not create a ramdisk size of 307MB to store the upgrade image. Check if the host has sufficient memory"

The host has definitely more than 50 GB free memory.

Hardware: HP ProLiant 380 G6, 2 sockets, 110 GB memory.

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks & Greetings
