Update Manager Download Service Issues

Hi,

I am running a Windows Server 2008 R2 vIrtual Machine within my VMware Workstation environment.  The VM has access to the Internet and there is no proxy.  However when I run the command:

vmware-umds -D

It gives me the following:

We solved our issue. After working with our firewall team, we found the web filtering appliance wasn't authenticating quickly enough which lead UMDS to miss the metadata .xml file before kicking off the downloads. After resolving the issue, we were able to pull a fully functioning download of the repository.
