Unknown error during scanning compliance on vCenter 7.0.1

The error occurs only on vCenter version 7.0.1 if the host version is not lower than ESXi and Vendor Addon version set up in image.
If the updated host version is equal to or higher than the ESXi and addon version in image, when trying compliance scan, the following error is displayed:

We did not notice any error in the our hsm api, compliance is performed and the result is sent to vCenter. However, there are errors in the server vum logs:
for host : 172.17.72.139 (host-29) ..Waiting.

It is worth mention, that the bug does not reproduce on other versions of vCenter (on 7.0.0, 7.0.2 and 7.0.3 no errors occurred) . Has it been noticed by the VMware developers and corrected in next releases, therefore it does not reproduce on the higher versions? Is the vCenter version 7.0.1 stable and hsm works fine on it? Or other vCenter versions are recommended for hsm?

Still there for us on vCenter 7.0u3d.

Shameful quality control.

Imagine not addressing such a fundamental bug over so many product revisions. VMware is going to the dogs, we are going to start looking elsewhere for our datacenter stuff, we cannot tolerate any more.

Have you opened an SR, reporting bugs here is the not the proper way, and not a guarantee that someone from VMware will see it.

Of course. That is what we pay thousands and thousands and thousands of pounds a year for.

Fixing and chasing bugs in VMware products is costing us too much now.
