I have three vcsa 6.0 and want to deploy the update manager in every vcenter. Can I deploy three update manager in the same windows machine with three different IPs?

It is only supported to connect Update Manager with one (1) vCenter Server. It is not possible to install Update Manager multiple times on one server.
You have to have 3 separate servers with VUM installed.
