Remediation Failed for Host

I am having problems applying some patches to one specific host.

I intially created a baseline for all 4 hosts and staged them. When it came to pushing the patches out one of the four hosts has applied all but 5 patches which I cannot seem to get installed. All hosts were at the same software revision prior to any updates.

On the host in question i get the error message "remediation failed for xxxx :Singlehostremediat: :

Has anybody come across any similar problems before ?

I have looked through the thread and taken the steps detailed but it does not appear to have resolved the issue.

Its seems strange as the majority of the baseline applied ok apart from 5 patches, 4 of these are listed missing and the other as staged.
