Manually updating VUM packages?

Hey folks,

I have a few ESXi 5 servers running in an isolated network that has no network access to the internet.

I have a vCenter server with VUM installed to mange my ESXi cluster.

Is there a way for me to manually download an available patch list into VUM? I would like to be able to use VUM to patch my ESXi hosts.
