Lifecycle manager doesn't appear

In my vCenter 7 I don't see in Menu the Lifecycle Manager.

Do you know why ?

Does this happen to you even with the administrator@vsphere.local user?

Also please take a look into https://vcenter_fqdn/mob, go into Content > extensionManager and config you have these extensions:

That is weird, as I can see the extensions are properly configured. What about the service and the logs from that service?

Have you tried restarting the vCenter Server? Sometimes the restart fixes the plug-in issues.
