Is it possible to use one UM server for many vCenter Servers?

In order to keep administration at a minimum, we'd like to use one UM server for many vCenter Server Appliances?

Is this possible, and is it supported?

In real its not possible to connect multiple vCenter to use on Update Manger bcos during the installation time of UM you need to provide the vCenter information, where you can specify only one host details only...

You must install and register Update Manager instances with each vCenter Server system. You can use an Update Manager instance only with the vCenter Server system with which it is registered.

Thanks for the replies, seems like we need to still use Windows for this setup, Let's hope 6.x Update X brings UM to the appliance
